who are the TSF’s clients? The services of the TSF are available to National AIDS Commissions/ Councils, health and other Ministries, as well as to their national and international partners in the HIV and AIDS response.
our database of consultants The TSF has a large database to help you quickly find quality consultants at a competitive rate. The database will continually be expanded to enhance access to the pool of Asian and Pacific consultants. If no appropriate regional consultant is available, the TSF will source consultants through its partners outside this region. The TSF reduces the difficulties of finding good, short-term consultants by sourcing them from its database and networks. It then contracts with the consultants and actively manages and monitors their performance with you, to ensure optimum results.
capacity development for TA management The TSF supports clients to help them get the best service from the consultants they select. The TSF can, for example, help with technical assistance planning or refining Terms of Reference to ensure successful assignments.
professional development for consultants The TSF provides needs-driven training, mentoring, guidance and other professional development activities for consultants. |
